"A great hotel which was let down as the A/C was not working during a heatwave Otherwise all good "

"I booked a single room which was basic but had everything I needed for a quick stopover. The hotel is on the flight path so expect to hear the planes! The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with outside seating . Food was good, restaurant staff very friendly. Just a tip (and nothing to do with the hotel) if you book a taxi at the airport from the only taxi supplier to the hotel and back , it’s going to cost best part of £50! "

"Was handled by Sarah and she was amazing, made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and welcoming. They had limited parking spaces but we were lucky to find one on site. Room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. I do think they could do with new bedding and carpets, they do look old. In their emails they state free breakfast subject to availability which i thought was misleading as they had told us we had to pay £7 extra for breakfast. Regardless was not bad "

"Great hotel for easy access into London on the tube. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean throughout and parking is secure. There is a great selection of food at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again "
