"Our room was very clean and nice and had plenty of amenities for our weeklong stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurants on site were convenient for all meals. The beach area was amazing too and was a great place to snorkel or just hang out for the day. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel itself is decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. We had to repeatedly ask reception every day just to get water bottles in our room, and even then, they often didn’t deliver. We also booked a fishing trip through the hotel for $720 USD. We showed up at the marina with our two children and waited, but the boat never arrived. When we followed up, we were told the captain had an accident the day before and couldn’t work. The hotel never informed us in advance, leaving us waiting there for nothing. To make matters worse, getting a refund was a hassle. It took three weeks and a complaint through VISA before we finally got our money back. Due to currency exchange, we ended up losing about $50 CAD. I contacted the hotel about this, but they didn’t even bother to respond. Overall, while the property is acceptable, the lack of communication and poor service made for a very frustrating experience."

"Studio Suite had a great kitchen. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Great mattress, pillows and bedding. Nice casino compared to the other one locafed kn the island. Excellent swimming and snorkeling. Different options to enter the ocean. "

"We are repeat customers and love this location. The property manager Pierre is great. He always greets us at the room and is very thorough with explaining everything. He is also readily available if there are any needs. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has all the items we need in case we ever decide to eat in. We look forward to future visits. "Friendly, responsive staffs, beautiful newer property. We value our privacy and staff was very helpful in accommodating our request. Villa was very spacious and very well appointed, private pool was cherry on top. It has cleaning station for dive/water sport equipments as well as outdoor shower for rinsing, very handy. Ate at the Ocena Club across the street 3 times, the view, food and service were phenomenal. Absolutely loving the stay at Grand Windsock."

"The Kitchen was very well equipped. The appliances are fairly new and were fully operational. When we arrived, I was disappointed in the grill. I raised it as an issue and by the end of the evening, Barry (Property Manager) delivered a brand need charcoal Weber grill/smoker! It was perfect! Villa Ocean Blue is a lovely place and you cannot beat the view! We will be back"
