"An excellent stay. Food was superb. Staff is wonderful. There is some construction going on but that's because they are improving the property. That work has to get done sometime so we dealt with it. It did not detract from a wonderful week."

"Sewer smell that lasted a few days, noisy, no water one morning and they didn't clean our property at all the entire time we stayed. Poor management and policies. Villa was okay with Will not stay here again. "

"My experience with Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort and booking through Expedia was extremely disappointing. First, the hotel is not worth the money. The property is outdated and in serious need of upgrades. The photos online make it appear much nicer than it actually is. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. To make matters worse, I cut my trip short because the stay did not meet expectations. Even though I checked out early, Expedia and the hotel refused to refund the unused night. That type of customer service is unacceptable, especially when guests are clearly dissatisfied with the quality of the stay. Booking through Expedia made the situation even more frustrating because you get stuck between the hotel and the booking company with no real resolution. I would not recommend booking this hotel or using Expedia for this type of reservation. If you value your money and your vacation experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I am currently filing a dispute for the unused portion of my stay."

"Very clean, Air conditioning keeps the place cool it’s nice that each bedroom has one so that people can choose their own temperature. Great location. "

"Totally convenient and cozy place. Several good seaside places to eat within walking distance. Reef right out the door. The hosts clearly love the ocean and are great to work with."

"I did not have a view of the ocean or pool. But the room is nice, modern and clean. Arrived really late they order my dinner for me which was nice. There was no bottled water in the room ( as usual) was told by front desk that they could not provide to drink from the sink. Overall ok but I wish VIP perks were delivered. "

"The room was spotless the staff very helpful and extremely friendly. Loved the room and kitchenette that had everything we needed complete with a cooler for the beach. The resort had beach towels. The resort felt very calming. And lastly the grocery store was in walking distance "
