Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a fully gated private pool with a hot tub, a park-style charcoal grill, gas, grill an outside shower, a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles, and a luggage lift. Entering the home from the carport, you'll find a den with a flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, an arcade game with numerous game options, and deck access. Enter bedroom #1, furnished with 2 Twin Bunk Sets. This level also has the use of the full hallway bathroom.

Mid Level: Take the stairs up to the mid-level, which provides access to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom #2, is a Queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, ocean-view deck access, and a private full bathroom. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin beds plus a flat-screen TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share the full hallway bathroom. Do not miss the convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

Top Level: Finally, make your way up to the heart of the home, the cozy Great Room with high ceilings and coastal decor. PRIVATE POOL is open from April until Mid October

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
