"The hotel was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the on-site restaurant was not only convenient but offered great food and our room was so very comfortable! We stayed during the terrible heat wave that hit Europe and the hotel had installed individual air conditioning units that kept us cool and comfortable on days that were 105 degrees! The beds are great and we had everything to make our stay enjoyable."

"The rooms were very big and spacious. The location was very good, you can easily get the bus into centre of Baden Baden. Weirdly, the shower does not have a shower curtain, which makes bathing more complicated than it needs to be. We also visited during a strong heatwave and the rooms do not have air conditioning. This made it near impossible to sleep as the rooms were extremely warm. The heatwave is not the hotels fault, but more could have been done to support guests during this time i.e....
