Couch, wie abgebildet, fehlte, Balkonabtrennung fehlte (nur noch Löcher in der Wand). Im Zimmer Sektflecke an Wand und Decke, lose Fliesen im Bad. Badewanne(!) mit Duschwand, die den Namen nicht verdient, weil das Bad unweigerlich geflutet wird! Entsprechend sehen die Fugen aus!
