"Well for starters The front desk always are usually friendly and polite. But the one this weekend maybe a manager or someone who wasn’t in the same uniform as the others. Might have been having a bad day but it was all weekend. We called for an early check in and they said okay , but when we got there. No such thing apparently. Seemed annoyed by asking for a slip for the boat slips. All the other persons were great friendly with soles and all."

"The bathroom in the lobby was disgustingly dirty and the only toilet that was working had a broken door. Our room given to us was dirty and not cleaned so we had to get a new room which was not very clean either."

"What a lovely place to stay after a long day visiting with family and being in the HOT sun! It was a beautiful property, quiet neighborhood and all-around comfortable place to stay. I'm a hard to please type of person, but his property really blew me away. Every time we head to Havasu, I plan on seeing if we can book this place. What a gem!"
