This was a dormitory style building. The room was plain but clean. We had a balcony overlooking the parking lot. We were provided full toiletries and had a fridge and microwave.

The picture are not what is on the site. It's a bedroom with no service and in the midle of the city. There no wiew possible to St-Laurence river. The room was clean and quet.

I was there for 2 nights the Matress it very soft you can feel the spring in your back very uncomfortable to sleep.

The beds were comfortable and clean; however, the room was hot and the bed frames stuck out so much that it was easy to injure your legs as you walked by. Very basic hotel room.

We arrived, looked at the room and we went back to the front desk and canceled they did not argue with us the place was awful dirty torn bed spread windows broken curtains not closing and hanging by a thread etc…

Booked and prepaid for a room with 2 double beds. Desk clerk said only a room with a king bed was available. The bed was actually a large double. Not large enough for the 2 of us. I slept on the sofa. Very disappointed. Partying in the parking lot until 3 AM. Smoke detector hanging by a wire from the room's ceiling.

Not the room we paid for. Outdated place, carpets in hallways disgusting, drainage problems, no wonder they leave plungers in the hallways.also Expedia was saying that they were fully booked which was phony. For 100 rooms there were only about 20 rooms rented. They’re not even in the local tourism pamphlet. Never again,, ripped off
