"The hotel staff was not friendly, when I had a question or my room flooded when I showered they acted like I was bothering them. The property is out dated and doesn’t look anything like the pictures posted. The pool needs to be cleaned and there was not a fire pit at all. It was nice to be able to walk directly to the beach though. "

"I had such high hopes. I went to four different rooms and really tried to have an open mind. The rooms were dirty. They didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned in years. The last room they sent me to hadn’t even been cleaned by staff and had unmade beds and dirt towels. The bathroom was disgusting. I honestly felt unclean after being in these rooms. Find somewhere else to stay. I do have to say that the front desk lady was the sweetest human ever. She was so understanding and kind. She even tried to help me find where else to stay. "

"The rooms were not clean! We had to go into another room because they only have one cleaning lady that’s elderly, and she just couldn’t keep up and she doesn’t clean the rooms or change the beds as they’re supposed to be! They finally get done what they need to get done but this is a very old old hotel that used to be wonderful to stay at but now they’re just letting it go downhill fast "

"The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. We were very comfortable there. Paul, our host, was great to work with and always pleasant. Location and view were excellent. And loved that there was plenty of parking. We definitely would book again. "

"We have been goin to the sun Viking for the last 14 years ! And it’s sad to say now that they are now under new ownership/ management we will not be going back ! Room were nasty everything was broken we got locked out of the sleeping area away from our little children called the front deals and was told we would have to wait it out ! Iv never been so disappointed ! "
