"CHECK IN WAS HORRIBLE!!!! There is no one at the front desk, no one would answer the phone. We were told we were on the 8th floor but the elevator only went to the 4th. We were never told there was another set of elevators on the other side of the hotel. I had to stop other guest and get them to help us find our room.
