"Family friendly. The different towers and entrances were a little confusing. The guy who checked me in didnt explain the parking or that there were different towers. Gave me a key and said take any elevator to the fifth floor. We checked in later in the day so the parking was scarce. We ended up in the second tower, our key worked to open the door into the side entrance...went into the hotel to our room number and the key didnt work. So definitely ask what tower you are in..because they have...

"The staff at Sonesta are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love that we were able to bring our dog and how accommodating they are. We got dog treats and water and food bowls and really just the warmest welcome. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and quiet. We had a small issue with our fire alarm , it was beeping and they immediately took care of it. We will be staying here again and can’t beat the location. The bar was great to watch your game at in the evening with...
