Only 1 bed was made up and room was clean but very dated, and the property and grounds have seen better days and are overall quite scruffy. No TV in room but was told I could watch TV downstairs if I wanted to. The shower didn't work properly - either scalding hot or dribbled out cold water. Sink took ages to drain, noisy radiator. "Great property, clean, excellent master bedroom, well equiped, brilliant location and in a peaceful spot, however the hot tub stopped working / went to standby mode and couldnt be used so felt like the one main reason we booked this property and couldnt use it. The stairs are very steep and were difficult to go up and down. Ideal for kielder and surrounding areas. "

"This is a little gem of an inn. The drive along the way is picturesque and Otterburn itself is darling. Our host for the Old Post Office was very accommodating. We arrived after the normal check-in time and she was very welcoming. Our room was immaculate and our shower had lots of hot water. Breakfast was excellent, including our coffees (flat white and vanilla latte). We also enjoyed the back patio area with plenty of seating. Definitely recommend this inn!"
