"Perfect place to stay while visiting NYC hospital! Convenient, clean and safe location close to highway with free (easy) parking. Felix at front desk was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful over the 3 days we were there! The only frustrating part was the restaurant/bar not being opened after a long day with a relative in a NYC hospital. Highly recommend."

"Furniture was old, some rooms have microwave and coffee pot, some don’t. I needed towels at 5 am, front desk did not have any at the time. The lounge is never opened unless there is a special occasion."

A special shout out to Dean at cafe Milano! Amazing service! The rooms are clean and stocked with some basic amenities. It’s also a reasonable distance to the city! "
