"Location in Hawthorne which is not considered the safest area. However, the neighborhood was relatively quiet and I did not feel unsafe. Good ac unit in the bedroom. Room was clean and fully appointed. It is a shared bathroom and overall very simple accommodations, but also very inexpensive. The owner allowed me to park my car in his driveway which was very nice because there isn’t too much street parking available. "

"I was in town to see Kendrick and SZA and this was a great spot right by the venue (SoFi Stadium). It's got plenty of space for two people and really more if you wanted to. I would highly recommend for the price point. "
