"The shuttle bus goes to the airpoirt every 30 minutes. Its an extra cost but Renaissance does not share with other hotels so you’re almost sure to get a place on the bus. The staff was not professional and very slow to respond. The room was not clean, especially the carpet. It needs replacing in a bad way! They were unable to provide me with a close out receipt.
