Great location at Trafalgar Square. Hotel is clean and nice. No issues with the noise. And their complementary coffee is amazing. I didn’t like that they don’t clean your room after check inn until you leave.

Check-in was quick. As an Accor member early check-in is allowed if available. Location is excellent, just a short distance from the Tube: Charing Cross and Enbankment. Walking distance to Westminister, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, the Strand, Covent Garden, Leichester Sq, and Soho.The room was large and the bed was firm. The elevators were always available and quick.The walls were thin noise could be heard from the adjacent room. The breakfast room was small, with minimal choices, and the food was cold. I'd skip the breakfast. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW - room cleaning is an extra charge. If you opt out of room cleaning you will need to dump your own trash. There is an area on the floor to dump your trash. Any solid waste cannot be dumped inside of the hotel; you will need to find a waste recepticle outside of the hotel. I would rate this hotel a 3* instead of a 4* hotel. If the hotel prrovided room cleaning and improved their breakfast I would rate it as a 4* hotel.
