The open plan living/kitchen/dining area is stunning and the room opens via bifold doors onto a full-length terrace overlooking the glorious everchanging view across the Estuary and beyond. There is a Smart TV, two three-seater cosy sofas and bespoke artwork and soft furnishings.

The sleek, modern, duck egg blue and white open plan kitchen is well equipped with in built appliances including an induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a small breakfast bar island which is perfect for lazy day breakfasts and a cheeky Bucks Fizz.

The fashionable dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special occasion.

The master bedroom offers flexibility with a super king-sized bed, which can be unlinked to form twin beds on request, ample storage, a dressing table area, a velvet shell back signature chair and stunning estuary view.

There is also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC.

The second bedroom also offers flexibility with twin beds that can be linked to form a king-size bed upon request, ample storage, a dressing table area and beautiful Estuary views which can be enjoyed from the terrace accessed from the bifold doors.
