"Stay is nearly exacted as pictured and advertised. House very clean and well-kept. Both bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Self-parking is cheap and walking distance. Fully functional kitchen. Central heating easy to use."

"The place is nice, hosts are helpful, but there were some problems. We couldn't close the door of the room, there were no water sometimes. The bed and food were not perfect but ok. You can order food from menu for dinner, very tasty. Too many people on summer weekends at Sevan :)"
