"قيمة التأمين عاليه تم حجز ليله واحده وتم حجز 400 باوند تأمين؟؟؟ تعامل موظف الاستقبال غير جيد"

"The rooms were clean and adequate but dimly lit that I had to use my phone light sometimes to see what I needed. Telephone communication was abysmal. Several phone calls were met with voice mail, 20-25 minute wait and no answer, No return of messages. Constantly asking for communication through messages. I finally found a phone number on WhatsApp that I was able to connect. The staff were magnifisant and very helpful. The hotel had a cafeteria for food, snacks, tea and coffee. Food was very...

"Beautiful place to stay spacious and nearest to town i'll be back again. "

"L’appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Il est situé dans un quartier populaire, mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour une famille. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️ Dans l’ensemble, c’est un très bel appartement, confortable et agréable. Je le recommande vivement ! 😊"

"Check-in advertised at 3pm but the room isn’t ready at 3. Reception staff tries to gaslight saying they are not responsible for that, claiming it’s not guaranteed as it depends on the housekeeping? "The furniture in the main bedroom had mysterious stains along with staining on the walls as well. The bedsheets also weren't the cleanest, with crumbs and dust in the bedding. The accomodation didn't come with toilet roll or kitchen roll either. There was hairs found around the house. The headboard in the master bedroom was broken and the house had a funky smell. Over all, the cleanliness was not commendable whatsoever, however the description was accurate with three bedrooms and three bathrooms...

"Really nice apartment, only about 10 min uber to the center or 30 mins public transport. The check in was so seamless and everything was as advertised. Would definitely go back again."

"We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...
