Erinvale Somerset Dam
Erinvale is a 3 bedroom home on 5 acres with one of the best views of Lake Somerset and only 5 minutes from Kirkleigh Boat Ramp. This is our holiday home in the country and is a perfect location for all water sports on Somerset Dam, a relaxing getaway or base for attending a wedding at one of the local wedding venues.
Erinvale is our holiday home where we have spent many enjoyable weekends and now we would like to share it. The house is open plan design flowing onto large deck with BBQ, overlooking Lake Somerset. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, Electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 large fridges, toaster and all crockery and utensils. Combined kitchen, dining, living area with fireplace perfect for the cooler winter evenings. There is a fire pit outside for the taste of the camping experience. Living Area has tv, dvd and X box with games and a selection of old-style board games.
All 3 bedrooms have reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. Large master suite has Queen bed, sofa bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. The 2nd Bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd Bedroom has a double bed.
The Main bathroom has separate shower and bath. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The laundry has washing machine and ironing facilities.
Bed linen provided . If you prefer your own pillow, please bring it with you. Bring your own towels as only hand towel and bath mat provided in each bathroom. Please bring your own personal items: toiletries, shower gel, shampoo.
Safely lock up the car or boat at night in the double lock up auto garage downstairs.
