"I don't usually leave a comment as I don't feel I add value to comments that were already made. And so making an exception should be a sign. We had fire alarm go off at about 3am and 4am when we stayed. But that's not why I'm leaving 2 stars. I get that this kind of stuff happens. But the staff really couldn't empathize. If they think it's not their fault, I don't know why they think it'd be anyone of guests' faults. In combination of dated everything, bathroom door that sticks/won't close, bath towels with stains - it'll be hard to get me to stay in a Quality Inn again. Sometimes, it is "you get what you paid for". Can't say this particular one was all that cheap either."

"When I arrived at the front desk on the night of my stay, I realized I had booked the wrong date: there was no reservation under my name. But the very helpful and friendly front desk clerk fixed the problem easily, without hesitation; they cancelled the wrong reservation and checked me in quickly and efficiently. My room was clean and comfortable, with a glorious view of the park and the Bay; once I was settled in I relaxed with a glass of wine and watched families pushing little kids in strollers, lovers walking hand in hand, and a guy sitting on the grass playing a guitar, as the sun set over the water and sailboats headed in to the dock. The Narragansett Brewery next door was full of a happy crowd of people."

"This was the "is what it is" hotel. The bed was comfy..the AC was cold. The rest..welp lol. Shady people everywhere at 2 am check in..Front desk spoke basic English but was good at pointing. Rooms sounded like locker rooms and could hear everything as I walked the hall to my room. Everything old dated and grungy. Room floors all peeling up laminate that flexed when you stepped on em. No blankets and 2 small pillows on entry. Shower dripping pretty good..2 bars of soap on bath floor and in tub. Tub had soap stains and grime I washed down the drain. Shower head beat up but got it to adjust. Water was hot woooot! Towels looked clean..but felt like crappy dollar store specials. Knock knock..blanket arrived! It was like an oversized towel but worked. Was attacked by a small moth repeatedly and put it to rest..turned out the light before I saw anything else move..and it was sweet dreams from there. Step it up Motel 6 ;)"

"This is a cheap motel. We only needed a bed to sleep in for one night and a place to shower. This is what we got. The first room that we were assigned could not be properly locked. We complained. They immediately sent someone to check out our complaint. Then they gave us a different room. I assume that they fixed the lock problem the next day but I do not know. We did like the breakfast place that was only a six minute walk from there."
