"We arrived just as it was about to start raining. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lunch in the River Cafe was quick and delicious and then we went for our Spa treatment. The heavens opened just as our treatment began, and it was so relaxing hearing the rain drop down on the canvas while we were having one of our best treatments ever. Our room was just as per the fotos, beautiful, with exceptional quality linen. We also spent some quality time in the bath overlooking the forest. ...

Be prepared to wait a while for pool towels as they were never available at reception the 3 times we needed them... Breakfast was not great but had the necessary components to get by.
