"My wife and I have been driving around the UK for 2 weeks and found The Tickled Trout to be the best we’ve had. Spotless, The Bed was soo comfortable, Great shower, and the Roast in the restaurant was amazing. We were greeted at check in by Charlie and his female off sider, who both came out to the car park and helped with the baggage. We were taken to our room and shown about. The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond."

"my husband and I would absolutely recommend T & J Motel for a stay. The outside is super clean and tidy. Our room super clean including the bathroom. The bed was comfy, and the beautiful white towels were wonderfully fluffy. As for the breakfast; everything you could possibly want for a great breakfast before heading out. "I had a great stay here at this 3 bedroom house, all 3 bedrooms are rented out, i was in a single room, which was perfectly clean, and adequate for my 3 night stay! Its a shared bathroom, and there is a downstairs toilet! I am a professional cleaner, so for me it could have been cleaner, but it was definately clean enough!!! I would stay again, in fact im hoping to rent all 3 rooms next year!!!"

The location is fantastic for Tenterden and other nearby spots (eg Chapel Down) and the cottage itself is superbly kitted out to a very high standard. I don't know if this is a scam as the email confirmation said that there was no Front Desk so ring in advance to confirm booking... Lord alone knows who would be picking you up and taking you someplace else. "VMG Living ( previously Rhinos 5)- Beware! The hotels.com pictures give the impression of three bedrooms with pictures of three double rooms. However there are only two. The pictures do not reflect the cleanliness and the decor of the place AT ALL The booking fee does not show a £75 cleaning charge ( this is hidden in the small print).
