The hotel is in a nice area near the Galleria Mall. It’s a nice, clean hotel. The only downside for me was the service in the onsite restaurant was extremely slow in getting our food. The valet was slow. Overall the hotel was a good value for our stay.

The staff, especially Kimberly, were 5 star !! Parking was easy and safe. We went for the rodeo and it was very easy to walk or catch a ride to the rodeo and not deal with rodeo parking. WiFi worked. They are in a transitional stage of updating and some amenities may not be as expected. Overall good ...
