"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. "Incredibly designed and kitted out modern Shepherds Hut. Spotlessly clean, stunning view watching the sunsets, with a medium short walk to a beach for an even more incredible sunset. "Loved staying at this Shepherd's Hut! We wouldn't normally book a 'hut' but were captivated by the photos and liked the extra space with a separate sleeping section. Stayed 5 nights. This is a special place with it's private, secluded garden and attention to detail. Beautifully laid out, very clean, comfortable, and everything you need - plus a welcome pack! "We were able to park outside the main door in a disabled slot. We had a room which gave us a brilliant panoramic view of St Ives. The room itself was exactly as we ordered and the shower was good. Beds were comfy. What more could you wish for? Breakfast was more of a bunfight than a pleasant meal. Buffet style eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, pancake etc exactly like in a service station, and a million other hotels. The eggs were like plastic flip flops, the bacon stiff s a board and burnt, pancakes ran out, the meusli options were equally crudely presented and the coffee was out of a big brown machine which had no charm, produced luke warm weak coffee unless you managed the water flow. Yet I rate our stay as excellent because of the attitude of the staff and the care they gave to make sure we got what we wanted. The premises are delightful, the grounds a dream"
