"When searching for the room I stated that I would be travelling with my son. We got to the where there was a double bed and a blow up bed. I asked the host for a duvet and pillow. Response there are two pillows on the bed just use one of those and for a duvet we were presented with a base sheet and a cover for a duvet. "The property host CANCELLED 24hrs beforehand! This left my 18 year old daughter and her friend without accommodation at the last minute. They claimed that due to ‘unforeseen’ maintenance they had to cancel! This left us in a panic as accommodation was minimal not to mention pricey as there was a concert on at the Stadium (which is what the girls were going for)! Not to mention the fact they were travelling from Glasgow!"
