House with fenced yard and easy access to I-70

  • Feel comfortable in this cozy house that features original hardwood floors and the most comfortable queen beds available. Reminisce here because this is just like visiting grandma's house. The backyard is fenced in and features a fire pit, covered back porch with a propane grill & outside table, chairs. The living room contains a roku TV, window AC, bath with tub & shower. There is a computer desk & chair to work at, washer & dryer in kitchen. While it is located on the main road in Heath, it is quiet and comfortable inside. Conveniently located minutes from industrial parks, I-70, Buckeye Lake, National Trails Raceway, Boeing, Legend Valley concert venue. Buckeye Lake Winterfest is only four miles away. If bringing one pet, it must be no larger than 25 lbs and feces disposed of in dumpster immediately (so kids may also enjoy the yard). The $50 pet fee must be paid before at booking . Add the pet by clicking under the number of guests coming. Smoking is only outside, please use butt can in back.
