"Clean room, Good water pressure from shower, safe, nice, updated, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Loved that we were out on the bottom floor right next to a working ice machine and the breakfast room was right across the hall! Downfall: Thwy need to fix the bed frames in the room. The mattress sunk in bad. We tried turning the mattress but realized it wasn’t the mattress. They had put what appeared to be two full size bed frames together to hold a king sized mattress and the bed frames were broke down in the middle. Made for a rough sleep. My back was killing me the next day. Other than that, I’d stay here again. My son also loved that it was right next to a Raising Canes. "

"Breakfast was okay. Pool was okay. Beds were hard. Staff were helpful. Walked the stairs because the elevator took forever to arrive. Room mostly was clean. Pull out sofa needed cleaned."

"The facility was very clean and smelled very well. I love my stay… only problem I had is that you can hear the person above you walking… outside of that, my stay was beautiful"

"When we first arrived, we were assigned a room that was clearly not clean. When we went back to the front desk to let them know, the employee complained to us about the housekeeper instead of addressing the issue professionally. We were then given a second room, but it had a very strong chemical odor. We turned on the humidifier and AC before leaving to grab something to eat, hoping it would improve. Unfortunately, when we returned, the smell was still overwhelming. We ended up staying in the room for less than 10 minutes before deciding to leave. There was no effort made to resolve the situation or offer any kind of compensation. Instead, we were simply told they would be keeping our money. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to friends or family."
