"Disappointing all round. No instructions for heater or aircon. Towel hanger fell off. No water flow in the vanity. No hand towel in bathroom. Double bed doona on queen bed, just to small. No front door matt or any matts at all. No free to air tv. Very cold inside, warmer outside. Unkept gardens and lawns."
