Still, something of a bitter pill. Small issue - reservations made something of a point to get my accurate estimate of arrival time for the purpose of determining if an early check-in would be possible. "All around excellent hotel!"

"Great location, excellent service from maintenance and staff members when we had a minor issue with the room. Very happy to stay here again!"

"This was by far one of the top three best hotel stays of all time!! I can’t remember a more attentive staff at a hotel in my life."

"Quaint - that's the word. Quaint hotel in Covent Garden, within walking distance to the theaters. Would I go back? Yes. West-end theaters are a 10-minute walk, with some good places to eat along the way."

"Lovely stay"

"الغرف مريحه ولكن اخذو الغرف المطله على الشارع .. فندق هاديء وبجانبه اندر جراوند مناسب للتنقل "
