Fabulous hotel, great location, wonderful Michelin star restaurant, excellent courteous staff, exceptional clean. Only downside superior room was dark looking out onto a wall! - but didn’t really spoil the stay!

The entire stay was beautiful. The location is right near great shopping and Piccadilly Circus. I have to say Ayman was the best of best staff. He was always smiling and honestly coming off of the elevators was trust joyful to see. I couldn't be happier.

The Hotel Itself is everything you expect plus. Location was perfect for our planned outings as well as the in prompt to excursions. That said, far and above all, the Hotel Staff was absolutely incredible, helpful, customer service centric, and accommodating.

We had the best stay at the Sofitel Hotel London! The hotel was beautiful and located in the best area in London. We were able to walk to most of our shopping and sightseeing. The staff went beyond in making sure our stay was perfect! We can't wait to come back and stay here again soon!
