"The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough. Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China. Simply amazing "

"Smooth check in and was greeted by a friendly staff, Kylie Li. Next to the hotel there is a Wanda plaza where you can find eating options as well as a convenience shop which is convenient. The room is clean and spacious. Clean toilets, comfy bed. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"We had a lovely stay. The room was quite comfortable, although the bed was a little too soft. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. There's a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk from the hotel that has lots of great restaurant choices. The subway is close, and it's also very convenient to get a taxi. Great swimming pool. Excellent shower in the room as well. I would stay at the Hilton again. "
