I stayed here for 12 days and it was absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the breakfast Chef and ladies at the breakfast kitchen. So nice and helpful every morning. The breakfast itself was like a 5-star report. Big room, great bed, shower and toilet was top notch quality. You can even have a robot 🤖 deliver your room service. you get a LOT of hotel and amenities for the room rate. Great location too

We stayed here for about 16 nights visiting relatives in Yanjiao. Amazing experience, clean rooms, friendly/attentive staff, and an overall comfortable environment. I recommend this place to both locals and visitors. They provided clean sheets and towels for us every day and free water bottles. I booked excursions to the Great Wall of China, and I had a limited amount of time, the hotel staff found a suitable option for me, and I looked at the Great Wall of China and even visited the Buddha Temple, I was very satisfied.

The room was spacious and the loft bed was really neat and comfortable. They even have an air purifier in the the room. The breakfast was really good and so was the dinner and affordable too. It was pretty central as well. I would stay there again if I go back to beijing!

Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. Great property in a beautiful location with lots of restaurants and bars around . Breakfast was always great and the staff def. Made us feel super welcome and they helped with anything we needed they all speak English really well , great hospitality from all of them . We will be back for sure ! Thank you guys!

All the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a nice mall (Wang Jing Walk) with restaurants just around the corner. Starbucks is downstairs and Pete’s is in the mall.

Upon arriving my wife explained that we had a taxi that refused to use the meter and charged almost 4 times the usual fare. Having taken a picture of the side and license plate of the cab the concierge immediately called the cab company and the authorities on our behalf. An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. There is a lot of competition for hotels in Beijing. This one lives up to its status as a luxury hotel. The decor is spectacular, filled with lacquer, silk, and original artwork. The staff is incredibly professional. I did have a problem with the wifi and the staff went out of their way to solve the problem. And the location is really good, not far from historical/cultural sites, restaurants, and a metro stop.
