"The hotel is wonderful. Hotels.com is shady and tries to over charge, thatā€™s the unfortunate part. The hotel has a common area that offers a kitchen, free coffee and drinks. Itā€™s a very cool vibe on the 3rd floor with a co-working type environment. "Clean hotel, not too far from the airport. But the staff did not speak any English, so we had to use Google translate on both sides to communicate. The front desk crew was not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed even as they were issuing our room keys. Wouldnā€™t stay here again based off our interaction with them."

"They charged me an extra ~$20/night, without breaking it out on the invoice, evidently for breakfast, though I had paid for breakfast (included in the price I chose). Plus, the actual charge to my credit card exceeded the total invoice by ~$70. I didn't realize these things until I returned home and did my receipts, converting from RMB to USD and checking my credit card statement."

For hotel that positions itself as an "Airport hotel" I would expect a little bit more "Any language other than Chinese" speaking personnel. "This hotel caters mostly for Chinese . We are from Australia so there was a great language barrier for most of our stay. We managed to order room service once by calling a hotel staff up to point out what we wanted . The food was good.
