Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible! I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!"
