Located just a few miles outside of Park City, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a serene, beautiful local community that’s bursting with amazing amenities. This particular home, at 13285 Alexis Drive, is a sprawling, luxurious 5-bedroom townhome with over 3,000 square feet of opulent living space spread out over 3 levels. Boasting a private hot tub, spacious garage, and plenty of options for spreading out and finding some peace and quiet, Retreat at Jordanelle 13285 easily has space for 12 of your friends or family members with flexible sleeping options.
The main level of the Retreat at Jordanelle 13285 includes a wide open and bright GREAT ROOM, with soaring vaulted ceilings and tons of sunny windows. In the LIVING AREA, a wrap-around leather sofa surrounds the sky-high stone fireplace that adds just the right dash of cozy to this cavernous room. There’s also a large HDTV for relaxing inside, while through the glass doors, there is a bubbling private HOT TUB for relaxing outside.
Next to the living space is a thoughtful-designed OPEN KITCHEN, featuring a sprawling center island with bar stool seating for four. The ample cabinets are all made of rustic natural wood, while the countertops are gleaming, elegant quartz. Premier appliances include a spacious stainless refrigerator, a gas range, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as countertop appliances like a toaster and a coffee maker. Nearby, the farmhouse DINING TABLE has space for your whole crew and adjacent to the kitchen is a full LAUNDRY ROOM making it super convenient for freshening up travel wear, ski clothes and towels.
The first PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is also located on the main level of the home with a KING Bed and EN SUITE Bathroom.
On the lower level, you’ll find a second PRIMARY BEDROOM with a king-size bed and a twin-over-twin built-in bunk bed, a SKI STORAGE area, and the two-car GARAGE. Up on the third floor, there is an inviting, lofted SITTING AREA, and the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE with a king-size bed and ENSUITE BATHROOM. Additional GUEST BEDROOMS include a BUNK ROOM with a twin XL- over-queen size bunk that also houses a twin-size trundle and another bedroom with a QUEEN bed.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.
We want to ensure you have all the information you need for a fantastic stay! Some amenities are exclusive to your home, while others are part of the community or available in the Park City area. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don't hesitate to ask us!
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.
NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking.
When you’re crew is ready to hit the slopes or hit the town, both the world-class skiing and charming downtown Park City are only moments away.
