"The good: The view from the balcony was pretty. The hotel was quiet and the room was spacious. It was a good location for us. The bed was comfortable and so were the sheets. The AC worked, which was good because it was warm during our visit. The TV also worked and there was wifi. We had a good room rate for the 3 nights we stayed. The bad: It seemed the room had not been cleaned very well at all - found lots of stuff on the carpet and bathroom floor from previous customers, and the bathroom counters had not been wiped down. It was pretty gross, actually. The hotel in general (hallways and stairs) was not very clean and really needed to be repaired on the back side of the hotel (lots of rotten siding). The train near the property ran constantly, even throughout the night. The bathroom was very small and cabinet doors were broken. The balcony and plastic chairs were covered in spider webs. No elevator, but at least there were only 2 floors."
