"What a wonderful stay! We were welcomed by the hosts when we arrived and given a tour of the beautiful home. The room was perfect and bed was comfy. I was worried about being in the Roosevelt room right off the dining area (being noisy) but it was no problem at all. The room and bathroom were spacious. The entire house and property is beautiful and charming. I enjoyed my morning coffee before breakfast on the front porch and it was so peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and filling! I wish we had more time than 1 night to stay here but we were only in town for 1 night to see Watkins Glen. I would highly recommend this B&B and I Hope we can come back and see more of the surrounding area in the near future!"

"The house was very clean and well suited for our family of 7. My granddaughter loved the pool. It was great not to have to worry about linens or towels. Communication with the host was excellent. There were even pool towels! The house was in a great location, close to wineries and places to eat. The only recommendation I would give to the owner would be for a larger seating area, like a sectional sofa, to accommodate more guests comfortably in one room for viewing the TV. We would definitely stay again."

"The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we could need during our stay. Very clean and well kept. Location was great: beautiful spot on the lake, several wineries close by, close to Watkins Glen with its stores, restaurants, etc. Host was super easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!"
Charming Burdett Home with Grill, Gazebo + Yard

"The house was very clean but can definitely use some updates. There was a energy drink can on the front porch and a bar of soap in the lawn near sidewalk. The central air unit was very loud and the temp in the house got up to 77 but the back bedrooms where freezing. The main bathroom floor has soft spots and carpenter ants all over the floor even in the toilet. The master bathroom was kinda a joke. Shower was for very tiny people and dark/ no lighting. The back porch is not screened and there was catapillers all over everything. The gazebo thing is dangerous and should be torn down. We had to contact the host because there was no key for the garage. But I never got a message back and then the garage was randomly opened during early hours in the morning. A call or message back would've been nice. But over all the house was clean the bed where comfortable and everything seemed to work just fine. Very close to everything in the area. Great for the price"
