"The unit is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Comfortable bedrooms and it was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. Close to all the fun activities. Absolutely recommend and will rent again! "

"Nice cabin made out of rough cut lumber makes a nice family retreat. Love the building and location that appears to have been built by the owner. Plenty of room for 8 of us with beds with linens and room to spread out. It's on a small cliff side on the lake with a beautiful deck, stairs down to the water, and a dock on the water. I can't believe some old reviews criticize the amount of stairs? It's on a cliff side, what do they want ladders? Crazy. The stairs are very sturdy with a nice hand rail all the way down.It seems the bathroom, shower and kitchen were recently renovated with a tile shower, cabinets, counters etc... some older reviews talk about the poor shower etc... it's no longer true.Be aware it has no central heat or air, IMO it should say that at the top of the description. It was in the high 40's when we arrived and cold in the cabin. After looking everywhere for a thermostat I finally realized there was not one and found space heaters in the closets and it took a bit to warm it up. It does say in one little spot in the description it's "seasonal", and when I contacted the property manager about the lack of heat that's what she said, but is not at all clear in the description, and it does not say what "seasonal" means, I didn't think it meant no heat, to me that means only rentable in certain seasons? It should clearly say no central heat or AC. Oddly the outside doors are only held shut by cheap slide bolts that don't work right. Buy dead bolts please! "

"Everything was FANTASTIC for our long weekend. Convenient to so many attractions but remote enough not to be bothered by people. Can"t wait to go back!"

"We only stayed for a long weekend but the house was beautiful. We brought our dog with us who we did want to bring along to most things we were doing. The house was gorgeous and very clean especially for a pet friendly location. There are a couple locations across the street but we did mostly drive to the wineries we wanted to visit. Additionally keep in mind it is not a fenced in property, it wasn’t listed as being fenced in but it was something we forgot to consider as our dog did need to always be on a leash. This was okay just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, amazing location, beautiful home! Do recommend!"

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay for 5 days. Great amenities that included dish washing soap to wash the dishes easily and laundry detergent and washer/dryer to do our laundry. Kitchen, living room and two bedrooms were all clean and very spacious. We didn’t get to use tye outdoor firepit, and we had the entire backyard to ourselves as it was an offseason stay. We will definitely recommend this place/host and hoping to come back when we visit the finger lakes region again."
