"Although appreciative of the waived resort fee and, apparently, upgraded suite we were very disappointed that the ocean view suite we booked was not available at check-in (not cheap and a long flight for this disappointment). It was my first resort stay and was OK, but evening/night lighting and uneven surfaces not great for persons with visual or mobility challenges."

The staff was very very nice and the hotel was clean and in a nice area. The buses were close by and the beaches were close by. There were so many activities and I was only here for six days. Amazing!"
