We found the area to be easy for walking and both convenient for the train station as well as the lical attractions. The staff were there during business hours and bery attentive "

"Hostel is quite a way out of Haarlem and next to a busy road but on arrival we discovered we had been given a room at the back facing the park - much appreciated as 4 cyclists on a cycle/touring holiday. Lovely friendly staff . Had some snacks from the bar and there was a lovely brazier to sit around in the garden . Met some friendly Dutch and Americans. Breakfast adequate for our needs ."
