Don’t normally do too many reviews, but this place is excellent value for a stay in Heidelberg. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice social area (with free refreshments) where you can meet other travellers. If you go to Heidelberg this place should definitely be on your list.

Thank you, Alison, for recommending the parking lot across from the hotel. Thank you, Carmen (the spelling might be off, but the pronunciation should be close), the hotel's location offers easy access to all attractions in Heidelberg. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making the stay feel like being with family.

I arrived after 9pm, but I was able to get in without any problems if I contact the hostel team in advance. I was very grateful to be able to eat cornflakes for breakfast. There was one bathroom for women also. Above all, the interior was very cute!! It was a very cozy place!

Nice hostel and great location

It's in a nice place near the castle, and many other scenic parts of town. The free breakfast is simple coffee/tea & cereal and other amenities like lockers and luggage storage make it nice and convenient.

Great location, safe, friendly staff.

Overall very comfortable, safe and a great location. However, the kitchen gear is all old and out dated. They do not have a single non-stick pan that actually is non-stick so cooking an egg for example is a nightmare.

Stayed in the only Woman-room. It had a good locker (my roller-carrion bag fit without problem). There is also an only womans bathroom. Carmen was really nice and gave good tips on things to do. Really good location. Nice with kitchen and common area. Would definitely go there again

Desde que entré la recepcion diferente a otros lugares, una bienvenida muy coordial, me ayudarin con el equipaje. Tiene cafe y te libre, varias cosas free en comida, todo ordenado, un baño exclusivo de damas, la verdad que le pongo un 10. La ubicación es fabulosa.

하이델베르크 성 바로 옆에 위치해있습니다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 늦은밤에 도착했는데도 셀프 체크인 안내를 친절하게 해주셨어요. 방은 물론 화장실 전부 너무 깨끗했습니다. 다만, 엘리베이터가 없는 점이 좀 아쉬웠어요~
