"Bugs were in the room. We did not stay checked right out as soon as we checked in we checked out."

"Beth was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the entire process! The apartment was a perfect size, clean and comfy for our trip. The location was also convenient to many sites!! It is on a busy street so the traffic was loud throughout the one night but was less so the additional nights. Easy parking on the side street! Would definitely stay again! "

"The staff was extremely friendly but The room itself was dirty. My young child was bit by bed bugs and I found one small bed bug crawling on the floor. I have since left and requested a refund for the remaining two nights. "

"The staff was very nice an d as accomodating as possible. Although the room was disgusting and when I requested another room, that room had cockroaches as soon as we opened the door. Needless to say I slept in my truck."

"The hot tub was cold and water was only filled half way. The house was so cold it took the entire 2 daysto heat up. The beds were comfortable but it lacked in other areas. The bathroom sink and toilet were tippy or loose? I dont know but it was scary, always felt like they were gonna break. Clean house."
