"The start was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the palace and public transportation). We visited in Spring, the weather was cold outside but the temperature in the rooms was set too high, we could not seem to get it lowered in the room."

"Staff were very helpful, the location was great. Could improve on cleanliness of the rooms, there were stains on the carpets and walls."

"Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the room is tidy and the breakfast was well worth the money. The only downsides would be that the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient; even on the coldest setting we were overheating at night. The other downside is that the toilet rolls were a little thin and found there was not enough supplied for 3 days."

"Nice hotel very basic staff super nice and accommodating carpets in hallways seem dirty to me needing to be cleaned over all for price the room was excellent bed was comfortable and bath clean as well so I would give the room 4 star but exterior hallways 3 star for this hotel"

"I wanted cool air. It stayed hot throughout the night. If I open a window, it becomes cold. So, I spent an uncomfortable night. There was only set of Pillows and Comforter. Not sufficient. Did not want to ask reception for extra - should have been provided automatically considering the cost that was charged. Towels were small size (70*130). Just one bath towel, one hand towel. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the common area. Glass bath. Lucky that I stayed alone. Not for family or friends unless you want some exposure. Not worth the money."
