The gym was closed. The pool was not available. The property was clean. The staff was helpful. Definitely don’t feel like I got what I paid for but the bed was comfortable and we had a lot of fun at Oktoberfest.

Nice hotel. Great location. Air conditioning drips onto the wood balcony. Wood looked moldy and some rotting was apparent. Balcony door did not lock. Overall we would stay there again.

Small hotel located right in Helen. Walking distance to everything in the little town. Nothing fancy, but well worth the money spent. I was especially impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff was.

The location is very good, close to all attractions of Helen, GA. The appearance of the hotel is appealing. The value of staying is good and the staff is very friendly. The only complain is hot water pressure of the shower is low and it took a long time to warm water up

Room 232, nice and clean, comfortable bed. Everything worked and bathroom was clean and had a tub with shower with plenty of hot water. Balcony was dated almost to the point of unsafe, do NOT lean on the railing, pretty sure it's going to give way soon if it isn't repaired or replaced. Great view and nice staff and room.

If you stay here I definitely recommend getting one of the balcony rooms. The view is great and since it faces a little park area it very peaceful when sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Parking free and plentiful. Within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Just a tad outside walking distance of downtown Helen. The beds were extremely comfortable. So much so that I missed the continental breakfast due to sleeping in.
