The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dishes that were utilised , place them in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher before you leave. Place all remote controls for televisions and ceiling fans back in their original place.
Now is the time to take this opportunity to notify us of any lost items or damages that occurred during your stay before departure.
Discard all trash in the home and place it in the trash can bin located outside under the outside stairwell. Please DO NOT LEAVE any loose trash in the home or cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
