"I absolutely adored my stay here. The house is beautifully nestled at the top.of the Waitakeres, with a magnificent view of Auckland city. The house itself had a lovely welcoming feel. The owners have taken the time to style the property with a gorgeous collection of antique furniture. I must admit, i was deeply envious of the curtains. The spa was perfect for soaking and napping. The property was very clwan and the owner was an excellent and prompt communicator. I hope to stay again."

While the listing accurately reflects that the beach is only minutes away, it does not reflect that getting there and back on foot involves descending and ascending a very steep incline and several flights of steps. "A very cute little place to stay while attending spark arena, jumped on a scooter, which were always nearby, for easy travel. A car park is available under the building, which made things easier. Check out got a little muddled, needing key to get into the garage, but needing to leave it in the room, but all was sorted."

"Unfortunately there was diggers operating in the driveway & had been there for 2 weeks. We were not made aware of this. Extremely noisy. The house was not overly clean. Had no curtains in the bathroom or living areas. If Stay Hub had been able to find an alternative house close by, we would have moved. Wouldnt stay here again"

"This place could be amazing based on its location and layout, but unfortunately it needs some love and attention. The worst feature is by far the bathroom which is utilitarian at best, plus it actually doubles as the washing utility area. There are little things like screw holes in the walls and cheap hooks for hanging clothes which really detract from could be an amazing property. The kitchen is functional and I was able to whip up a decent breakfast with all the appliances available. ...

Couple of things: When you open the front door straight ahead on wall you see black marks. Have stayed many times here but there were no outside table & chairs to sit on while enjoying outside view having a spa. "I liked the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. It was a good base to visit the hospital. The parking was a little anxiety producing getting in and out but was a bonus as on site. The hand basin drained very slowly and I advised them. I would have like a scrubber to clean the pot with. It was spotless when we arrived but the dishwasher and soft cloth didn’t bring it back to that."
