"We were so pleased with our stay here! This was our very first road trip and hotel stay with our 3 month old baby after 6 years of traveling with just my husband and I. The hotel room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff (Elizabeth) was so friendly and welcoming! Continental breakfast was clean and good! Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit, juice, and specialty coffee machine! Kitchen staff (Jordan) was friendly and checked on each table offering made to order omelettes. We will probably stay here every time we visit Zion NP! And will only look for BW+ hotels all around the country from now on. :) "

"Loved it!! This was perfect for what we needed with a family that included an old grandma and two pups :) The bottom floor bedroom and bath were PERFECT for her. There was plenty enough space, and then some for everyone to have their own beds. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub or visit the pool, but supplies were handy and readily available for use. The yard is not fenced, so be aware when bringing pets, but that wasn’t much of an issue for us since our pups are used to using the potty on a leash since living in a townhouse anyway. Communication was fantastic! No issues checking in or out! The only suggestion would be to update the binder of instructions/rules since the booking states it’s pet friendly and why we specifically booked it, but the binder had me freaking out when it stated absolutely NO pets inside the house at any time or else you would be fined. I had to go back and check my listing online to ensure I had booked correctly. Otherwise, we all very very much enjoyed ourselves! Would definitely book again!! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this house, we had wished we could’ve stayed longer than one night. The house was so clean and had ample room for lounging and sleeping. The cupboards had everything labeled and had condiments for the kitchen/coffee station which was super appreciated. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Place is great! Kids love the pool. Good paths and trails for biking!Watch out for parking police! Our friend came over for dinner and they booted his car! He had to pay 75!! So rude and inconsiderate! They could’ve knocked on the door and we would’ve gladly move"
