"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"The property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Lots of first class bedrooms and ensuites. large clean kitchen and dining table made entertaining easy. Bar area was great too. Classy restaurant next door serves excellent food and the wine list is brilliant."

"Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. "I feel like this will be a nice property soon. As of May 2025 it is a semi-finished renovation. Doors don't close, door handled fall off, temporary steps, sinks not installed, etc. However, the unit is very large and has three good sized beds. Once correction that is needed is that the unit does not have parking on site as listed. It is first come first serve street parking situation. It is very close to the trains and easy commute into Brussels. "

"We spend a very good time in the little cosy house from Joachim and Talisa. It is the best place to stay, when you will make walks or trips with abike, a visit in Gent, Brussel and Brugge is possiblevand you arestill in a smallhour at the sea."
