Apartment in Helsa with Mountain View, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Auszeit Helsa. Our cozy 60 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is quietly located at the edge of the forest in Helsa. We lovingly built the house ourselves from September 2022 to October 2023.



The apartment features 1 bedroom, a living room, bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine (pads). Amenities include underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with video-on-demand, baby crib, and a private grill.



Enjoy your private, covered terrace with mountain views and a hammock. The shared garden is also perfect for relaxing. Families with children are very welcome—there are toys and books available, and a playground is nearby. One pet may be brought by arrangement.



The area offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling. In summer, the public swimming pool in town invites you to swim. Shops are within walking distance.



Kassel is about 20 minutes away by car. Alternatively, you can easily reach Kassel or Hessisch Lichtenau by tram from town.



A shared parking lot is available at the house. Self check-in allows for flexible arrival. The hosts live on site.



A whirlpool can be used for an extra fee. For more information, please contact the hosts via the booking platform.



Please note: Parties and events are not permitted. Grilling is only allowed at the designated grill. Grilling under the balcony, as well as campfires and open flames in the grill or garden, are not permitted for safety reasons. Carport and garden are shared areas and are monitored by video and audio for security reasons.
