"This property served our purpose with 12 people.It is very outdated, the lighting is poor in the entire house, the wall outlets in bedrooms are loose and some not working, the bathroom tile is loose, the faucets are outdated and hard to turn on, the kitchen counter tile is loose and falling off, the basement patio was filthy, all the windows were dirty, the BBQ was filthy, the rug under table was filthy and furniture was old and pillows dirty. It’s A very cute cabin it just needs to be remodeled and decorated. Thank you"

"Great place to stay for 3 families. 10 people total. Lots of space and a nice deck to sit around on. Short drive into town. Needs a bigger coffee maker. Even says on it great for apartments and dorm rooms. Def not for a place that sleeps 14. Also had to go into town to check in. Felt like the code could have been shared through the app but wasn’t a huge deal. In the end, would stay here again."

"We had a great stay at this cabin in Red River, NM! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and easy to find, which made check-in stress-free. The location was perfect—close enough to town to enjoy restaurants, shops, and activities, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. We loved being able to relax in a calm, secluded setting after a day of exploring. Overall, it was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was great We had plenty of room for all of us and had everything in the kitchen you needed Except a Kuerig, the driveway is very steep and we didn’t have any snow will we were there so that made it a lot easier Beds were comfortable and the house looked clean "
